Important Disclosures

The purchase of fractional real estate units (or shares) involves risk and is suitable only for persons with sufficient means, no need for liquidity, and who can bear a total loss. Investors are required to review airEquity's PMP (Private Placement Memorandum), Subscription Agreement, Operating Agreement and Escrow Agreement prior to investing. Investors should consult professional advisors. Real estate risks beyond the Sponsor's (airEquity) control may include adverse local or national economic changes, shifts in supply/demand, regulatory changes, uninsurable events, cost overruns, and tax law changes.
